What is your return policy?

Because each and every one of our items is made-to-order, there are no returns. We will replace defective items under the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn/unused
  • Item is in the same condition as when it arrived
  • You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
  • You include photos with your email of the item, and detail the problem.

How do you ship?

All items are shipped via Canada Post for Canadian destinations, and a combination of Canada Post and local postal service for out of country orders.


How long do orders take?

Orders generally leave our shop within 5 business days. Shipping takes anywhere from 2-5 business days within Canada, and 5-12 to the USA. 3-6 Weeks to international destinations.
